“You’re next” alerts

When staff taps Next, the new first person in line (the one who is now “next up”) can get a message. Only guests who checked Opt in on signup receive these.

Email via Amazon SES (AWS_SES_FROM_EMAIL must be verified). SMS via Amazon SNS. Enable SMS in the AWS SNS console (spending limit, sandbox if required). Phone numbers are normalized to E.164 (10-digit US numbers get +1).
